I feel with all the Sanjaya haters on the Internet and mass media, I should list a few positive links about the lad, though personally myself I think euthanasia should be applied. I think it's really cruel that people are letting him continue. This could scar him for life, or maybe not. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Fanjaya, but the other AI singers easily out-lung him. Granted, they're all boring to watch.

I'm going to comment myself. I'm a fan of my own fanjaya blog. Anyhow, I am happy that Sanjaya turned in one of his best performances yet (his audition perhaps being his finest) with Besame Mucho. It looks like the tides are turning, the hunger strikers have stopped, and people seem to be saying nicer things about him in the blogosphere. Since this is my first time watching AI, I had no idea what an endurance contest this thing is. I wish it would end already. Perhaps Sanjaya now has his second wind and he and his hair can triumph. He definitely does make the show compelling; the rest of the contestants are truly duds to watch. Here's an interesting story about Sanjaya and his brand as it's being tracked by Neilson BuzzMetrics:
